Munich Part two

After getting used to the small light beers of Cologne, we drove on down to Munich where the beers are quite a bit larger and stronger. Of course before we could sample the beer we needed to make it there, which was quite an adventure as we almost didnt. Half way from Cologne, just outside of frankfurt, our rental car decided it no longer wanted to live. So we limped it in to the Hertz office at the frankfurt airport and got another car. It was a good thing we made it to the airport because once we pulled in and turned the car off, it wouldnt start again. So we got a better car, although it was a french car, and made the rest of the trip down to Munich. Here are some of the pictures of our first night in Munich.

The second day in Munich was spent sampling many more beers along with watching the Germany Poland game. That game was quite the experience as the Germans didnt score until the last minute of injury time. As soon as that happened, all of Munich exploded in celebration.
